As part of the festival celebrations we're inviting all budding authors and illustrators to submit a short story based on the title "The Little Red Bookshop" and the wonderful illustration of the bookshop by local print artist Sarah Kirby. Share your memories of time spent in the bookshop or let your imagination run wild with a fantastical bookshop-inspired tale!
Our favourite entries will each win a £10 Kibworth Books Book Token and a goody bag stuffed with advance copy books, bookmarks, activity sheets and more.
Entries may be written, illustrated or both.
Length: up to 2 sides of A4, or purchase a 'Little Red Bookshop' card in-store and submit your entry inside.
